Bible Study with Coach and the Platinum Physiques Team All the tears will be wiped from our lives forever.  As coach was explaining that we all go to Heaven.  Animals included. Animals have souls just like us.  But why does something have to have a soul in order to go to Heaven? Micael gave us an example when God wished that the dead bones that lay from the Jewish battle fields rise above and be given a soul for them all to go to heaven. In the Bible we are taught that our ability to love gives us the power that anything that is given and deserves love is worthy enough to go to Heaven. God loves us more incredible than anyone else you’ve ever met.  So why wouldn’t God give that ability to love everything around us. Hope you all have a relaxing weekend.

The greatest power is to be self controlled.   To be able to train energy in the mind in order to focus in the right areas where you want to be and where you want your energy to be placed upon in a self discipline that takes time. When you can be completely detached and undeterred from external ups and downs that is when you can ultimately feel peace.   Navigate yourself from anything that is tough, challenging, fun, brings excitements and have the right balance of being exposed to keep control in your will to hold strength and power and be in control of your self.

What happens when I can’t sleep

It’s 1:30am and I’m wide awake.  Really?  Yeah really.  And it’ll affects my energy and mode for the rest of the day. Why is this happening? Typically if someone has experienced some sort of trauma in their life, then whenever the certain date of that specific incident rolls around (the more profound of an experience the more profound the reoccurrence happens) then this typically signals the brain in which PTSD is diagnosed. My sisters death is arriving soon and it’ll be 2 years since her passing.  Watch her take her last breath was a very traumatic experience for me yet I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. 4am June 13th 2017 is when I received the call from Christines Mother in Law to quickly come over.  Meaning it was Christines time to go soon coming from the Hospice Nurse. Why I’ve Eliminated These Foods

Ever found yourself awake in the middle of the night with a terrible gut ache?  Do you deal with mood swings?  Headaches?  Eczema?  Acne?  Insomnia?  Depression?  Anxiety? These are all signs that you might be eating foods that your body is not able to process and are taking it in as a toxin and poison. Here are some foods and drinks that I have eliminated permanently and for these reasons. Rice, Pasta, Gluten, Oatmeal-  all of these food  create a rock in my gut which creates a very painful stomach ache that can last for days. Dairy- causes a mucus cough and wheezy breathing. Red Meat- Super hard time to digest and causes a lot of constipation. Sugar- Causes mood swings and headaches. Alcohol-  Allergic when I drink it and causes profuse vomiting and nausea. Changing the environment to many people have a trouble forming these relationships not because of any deficient and social skills but because they’re not spending time in the right places. In fact, it can be dangerous to over emphasize a lack of personal and social skills as a cause of loneliness. A large portion is based on proximity and similarity and when the settings are likely to meet together with people who share interests with you a conversation can be engaged around things like education level, socioeconomic background, age or hobbies.   I realized this when I was 17 years old while drinking a Corona and could not stop throwing up profusely. Alcohol instantly inflames my gut causing me to become severely nauseated, turn bright red in the face and I’m up for days.   For some, this is a biggie that I notice people have a hard time when it comes to quitting.  No offense, I get it.  Drinking makes everything better.  Way better. When using any kind of make up, make sure you find good products that are natural, organic, free of parabens, alcohol and has a good SPF in it.  I recently won a free private makeup lesson from Nikolina Beauty the owner of Glam Sophisticated.  She taught me yesterday at her private makeup studio with a 2 hour class to give me the foundation I need to build a good make up routine.  This is what she taught me. Washing your make up brushes with Castile soap and letting them dry over the counter to not build up any germs at least 1 to 2 times a month is important. When you are using foundation, concealer and or contouring using a beauty blender (that is slightly damp in water) is a good way to set your make up. And mixing your brushes on a make up palette makes it super fun and an easy way to combine colors and not make it messy. Yes, my daily life is hectic and yeah it’s hard for me to get away at times but there’s nothing like being around my friends and catching up on life. I recently went to a Janet Jackson concert with my friend Andrea who’ve I’ve known since I was 4 years old.  We also went with Andrea’s good friend Amy, Andrea’s Mom Karen and Karen’s good friend Sheryl. I brought Gene because seeing Janet Jackson, would be an epic concert and it sure was. But back to being around my good friend Andrea, during the concert we discussed so many things in order for us to catch up with one another.
