Color is a powerful mood-regulator.  Color therapy Eyewear is an easy, non-invasive method to create the mood you desire.  I love wearing my lightweight acrylic glasses that also block 95% UVB and 60% UVA rays.  Color Therapy glasses are available in red, orange, blue, indigo and violet. After the Steve Karr Classics Competition, I was on Cloud 9 from winning the Overall Title. Still in awe that this picture is taken of me just 1 year prior when I very first began my journey.  All the growth, dedication and hard work that has happened has proven to me that if I put my mind to it that anything is possible. So, I flew to the Bahamas just 4 weeks after I competed in the Steve Karr Classics and I competed in the Carribean Grand Prix and placed 3rd.  This was a huge accomplishment for me since it was my very 1st International Pro Card Qualifying Competition. I have a lot growing and hard work ahead of me for 2019 but going in with my coach, we have a very confident plan in mind this time. I'm 7.5 weeks away from my next competition which is the Jay Cutler Desert Classics and I am very excited to see all the improvements I've made.  In the meantime, my MDFit Bands are selling like hotcakes and I really appreciate everyone who supports me.
