When Courage Shows Up
Courage starts with showing up and letting our selves be seen. Really, really being seen. As being our true selves and putting away the facade. Opening up your heart and letting yourself be vulnerable. To most p eople, vulnerability is seen as a weakness and too risky. It may be risky but to me it shows true strength and courage. Choose to fully engage in a life that doesn't come with guarantees. A life of courage. That's a true hero.
