Being uncomfortable and standing in my truth is what competing is all about.   I came into this show not so shredded and lean as usual and with more body fat and a curvier look which made me very proud to have a one weeks notice from my coach to prepare for this show. I won 1st in Figure Masters Class C and 1st in Figure Masters Open and am over the moon with my results.  Thanks to Coach Michael Healea from Platinum Physiques, my MUA Nikolina from Glam Sophisticated, My Chef Dina from Silverspoon Personal Chef, My Dexafit Body Scan Specialist Won Dolegowski and my Fitness Family, teammates, fellow competitors and all of the NPC community. But, let’s not forget big thanks to Patrick Sampson and most importantly my my better half for always being my #1 supporter. 

Lake Havasu in the Summertime is a great place to visit to get away. The water is 85 degrees and with 45 miles of lake to play on, Lake Havasu it a place a lot of people go to to get out of town. This oasis for boaters, water skiers and wake boarders is known worldwide for the regattas international personal watercraft racing and tournament fishing. From early March to late October, the beaches are packed with lakeside lovers of all ages and there are plenty of beachside resorts to choose from for some great family fun!  Camping, RV'ing or needing some Resort Living, Lake Havasu has a spot for you.
