Friends for Life
Do you have a list of friends you’ve been meaning to travel and visit? I do.
I don’t want to waste anymore time telling myself that I need to continue building my relationships with my friends.
Yes, my daily life is hectic and yeah it’s hard for me to get away at times but there’s nothing like being around my friends and catching up on life.
I recently went to a Janet Jackson concert with my friend Andrea who’ve I’ve known since I was 4 years old. We also went with Andrea’s good friend Amy, Andrea’s Mom Karen and Karen’s good friend Sheryl.
I brought Gene because seeing Janet Jackson, would be an epic concert and it sure was.
But back to being around my good friend Andrea, during the concert we discussed so many things in order for us to catch up with one another.
We chatted about life, getting older, being a mom, our moms and how we both lookout for them, how much we love each other and how proud we are to have each other.
So please, if you’re reading this, don’t wait any longer. Go visit someone you’ve known that you haven’t seen in a while. Even if it’s going a little over budget, just do it. You don’t have as much time as you think you do so stop wasting precious time.
I know I’ve been twiddling my thumbs for too long contemplating visiting my friends and the wait is over. Friends are like stars. You may not see them but you know that they are always there.
