Winning 1st Place in Figure Masters 35+ at the World Physique Championship in Las Vegas

Image
The energy, time and teamwork it takes to put on a production is astounding.   Nevertheless, all of the people I meet and bond with is unsurmountable also. It gives me great pride to have won 1st place in Figure last night and along with my “team of people”  it all came together looking my best.  My love goes out to my trainer Michael Healea, my Fitness Family Team Platinum Physiques LV, My MUA Nikolina Ivanova Of Glam Sophisticated, My Bikini Designer Saleyla, My Chef Dina Cravero-Varjas from Silverspoon Chefs, My Sponsors Egg Whites International - The Official Site Prime Kinetix and LoL 😘Gene Woods Racing Experience.   It’s incredible all the people who help me turn my talent into an art. But, after all is said and done everyone who see me in “Social Media World” and on the outside world and especially outside of the gym it makes the biggest impact in my life for me to continue as a Bodybuilder.   Outside looking in always be grateful and in

Ghost Town of Jean, Nevada

Image
Gene and I love traveling and finding historic sites in Las Vegas.   Taking long drives when the weather cools off and the beautiful sunsets come out is probably one of our most favorite things in the whole wide world to do. We drove into Jean, Nevada off the I-15 and came into a little mining town called Goodsprings.  Named for Cattlemen Joseph Good, the open springs area was developed into a mining ranching community. When LA was complete and the LA to Salt Lake Railroad in 1905 was created and the transfer of Zinc skyrocketed; this mining town came up to around 800 residents!  Bringing in a total of $25 million dollars worth of mining! With the town being predominantly men a lot of drinking took place at Pioneer Saloon.  GoodSprings was originated by George Fayle in 1904 originally from Calico, Nevada.  He later opened a Mercantile Store, a Hotel in 1905 and named GoodSprings to Jean, Nevada after his wife Jean in 1912. Great place to visit for an evening drive

You Got This!

Image
The sooner you let go of the how and get over your XYZ, your life will be easier. When you try to own how life happens you give up opportunity for god to move in and change around situations. You are not capable of running your life exactly to the way you want it to be and being in constant control is just not realistic.   We are artists, creators and messengers and we are not humans stuck in bodies but spirits embodied with beautiful souls. If your looking to achieve more in your life...start releasing the how and just listen and move with your instincts.  You’re conscious know what’s up even if you do not. Not knowing the how and releasing your faith into the world is what being in the moment and trusting god is all about. I believe in you.  God believes in you.  You got this

Who is your Target Audience?

Image
Before you begin to grow, you really need to have a clear picture of who your target audience is.   Who is listening?   Who are purchasing your products?   Who are your customers and who is financially supporting your business? Could you mark what Sex, Age, Income, or anything demographic information around your targeted audience that actually makes sales and creates you income? Once you’ve figured this magic formula this can turn your business around.   Is your target audience attracting men or women?   Is it posing attractive pictures and videos of yourself that displays a certain message?   Is it Facebook, IG, Youtube?  Is it Magazines, Radio or Live Stream?   How is your content and message reaching your target audience? I see others (including myself) who work endlessly to relay their message to figure out how to grow their business only to create content that isn’t connecting with their specific targeted audience which eventually get

Dinner at Mt. Charleston Lodge and Cabins

Image
Spending time in nature is like therapy for me. Taking the afternoon with Gene and cruising out to Mount Charleston and enjoying dinner at the Mt. Charleston Lodge was such a treat for us to get away from the hustle and bustle lifestyle. This scenic drive into pine trees, log cabins and the smell of freshly made camp fires always get me googly to wanna go camping and spend a weekend in the rugged outdoors. Especially since the temperature is 25 degrees cooler makes it so worth the drive.  Anything to get out of triple digit temperature even for a split moment is relaxing. Hiking, Sightseeing, Photography or just taking a moment to turn off everything and recharge for a bit, this is the place to do it!
