A Mindful Workout Moment


 Self control is the hardest muscle in the mind to train in my opinion.  Were drawn to both delayed and immediate gratification in the forms of long term goals and temporary jolts of pleasure.  Were constantly susceptible to temptation yet we have the power to resist.


So, while juggling happy and sad emotions, try strengthening your willpower by being more mindful can bring more effective positivity into your life.  You can exert as much self control as you think you can.  So, the next time you feel too tired toughen up and push past it.  Challenge yourself to go beyond the point into discomfort and you'll likely find you can without consequences.
