Set a photo of your loved ones by your bed so when you wake up first thing in the morning you can set up a positive mindset by remembering all the great memories you've shared with them.  Even listening to positive music can help bring oxytocin to the bran to minimize feelings of sadness and pain.

Keeping a Joy journal and filling the pages with happy thoughts, memories and moods can help you when you're feeling down.  This helps to bounce back into a state of bliss.  Jot down 5 things you're thankful for each week and allow your life to be filled with happy thoughts and memories.
