Help! Holidays gatherings stress me out!


More than half of us say our beloved family get-togethers are a significant source of stress. Just in time for tomorrows festivities.  Heres few ways to calm down and ease your stress so you can have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Tame tension
Most of us hate confrontation and would rather run and hide than to face stressful invitations.  Be kind and go easy on yourself and others when there are gatherings.

Dodge disagreements
Curbing potential topics that may cause others to become a little heated may not be the best time to push others buttons during the holidays.  It's a win-win for everyone and far better to be humble rather than combative.

Spread positivity
Being positive, bringing up lighthearted happy topics that everyone can relate to and expanding on everyone to have their turn to say something in on the topic is always a good way to lighten the situation in any circumstance.
