Such a killer ab workout I kid you not. Here’s my full Ab circuit training and make sure to focus on contracting your abs the whole time.

I hope you all take a chance on yourself. Don’t be scared to take risks and be afraid of “what could happen” and experience “what is happening”. Wake up and be uncomfortable with opportunities that scare you. It means your waking up to the real you. Never stop fighting, keep moving forward even if it’s small steps. You freaking got this.
