It's All About The Butt ๐Ÿ‘

 ๐Ÿ‘ For today’s Sassy Bootcamp we definitely worked out our humps! 

 We did squats, lunges, box step ups, Whole Body Vibration, rebounding, stair climbers, leg kicks and best of all...we stood in a circle introducing one another AND all got to stand in heels and discuss the difference between feeling sexy on the outside yet being sassy on the inside.

We also practiced walking in our heels ๐Ÿ‘  on carpet, stairs and hard wood floor and we all loved giving our opinions on how great high heels make us feel divalicious.  

Next week’s Sassy Bootcamp is emphasizing the catwalk and how each woman has her own moves to emphasize the curves...Oh La La!

  We will also be circuit training exercises focusing on sculpting the back and shoulders. 

These ladies are my Strength Sister indeed and I love them so much.  I'm so proud of their hard work to wake up, show up on time and be heard up and ready to feel good.  We help each other out and we always leave remembering that we’re so worth the pain....You Sassy Cats ๐Ÿฑ meow!   Now go use your MDFit Booty Bands and walk around at home in your heels ๐Ÿ‘  and dance to your favorite jams ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป LOL!
