Vegetables contain Protein...some facts

Elephants, rhinos, horses and cows eat only plants. Animal protein doesn't contain antioxidants or phytochemicals, critical protective nutrients. Peas, green vegetables and beans have more protein per calorie than meat. 2 cups of broccoli contain 10 grams of protein.
The American Heart Association now states that plants do not have to be complete in a certain way within a given meal to provide complete proteins. Too much protein is dangerous. It raises the level of the growth hormone IGF-1 which causes diseases and promotes aging BIG TIME!
How many of you don't eat any Vegetables and mostly Meat and Bread?
