Summer and Watermelon are inseparable!

Nothing can be more satisfactory on a hot day than a juicy slice of watermelon!

Watermelons are found almost everywhere in the world and are a safe alternative to caffeine filled energy drinks which can easily dehydrate us.  It is an excellent source of vitamin C and a very good source of Vitamin, particularly through its concentration of beta carotene.

The beautiful red watermelon is also a source of the potent carotene antioxidant which is called lycopene.  These antioxidants travel through the body neutralizing free radicals.

But...can you squeeze and pop open a watermelon with your thighs is the real question of the day?
