Health Benefits of Natural Light



In Vegas during the Summertime, it’s essential for me to wake early so I can appreciate all that the sun has to offer me before it gets too hot on my skin.

Our bodies run on cycles girl to light frequencies.  These frequencies fluctuate and communicate information about what tasks to perform at certain times (also known as circadian biology or rhythm).  Morning, Afternoon and Evening light communicate differently in our body by giving off information that shows physical changes throughout seasons and locations and also in our modes and emotions.

Consuming food when the sun is at its highest point (which is noon) is when we digest and absorb our food the most.  Light calibrations help to reset and balance your circadian biology causing them to emit certain frequencies to the body.

Give it a try to sit in the sun for 5 minutes first thing in the morning and absorb your vitamin D, replenish your cells and feel the warm rays bless your life with longevity.
