Emotional Freedom Techniques

Also known as tapping or EFT, this has an effective, gentle non-drug therapy offering a safe way of relieving psychological stress and pain.  Tapping can relieve chronic pain, stress, fear, anxiety, panic, PTSD, addictions, depression and insomnia.
