7 daily things that are killing your good looks

1.  Cereal
Not good for you.  Refined carbs and low in fiber and nutrients and high in sugar which can give you MAN BOOBS!  Include milk and oh yeah...bad complexion from milk hormones and an IBS gut ache that will leave you with a pretty yummy autoimmune deficiency if left untreated down the road.  And, that's just for breakfast!

2.  Stress
Stress is a bitch and being consistently under it all the time leaves your adrenals taxed, your endocrine system praying for a vacation and your cortisol levels go up and through the roof leaving you unable to burn fat.  So, with that said lets me break outs plus even have mode swings, irritability, unable to focus or sleep properly and leaves you fat levels...well FAT.

3.  Have a good skin care regime.
Washing your face and taking care of what you eat and staying hydrated allows your cells to rejuvenate and that includes skin cells.  Smoking takes away a lot of elasticity and collagen in our pores and makes the skin around our face unable to detox other environmental sources.  But, by resting, cleansing, masking your face or making a Benzonite Clay Mask your face becomes healthier and leaves a refreshing glow.  By having a morning and night routine and every season getting a microderm abrasion and a Photofacial at your favorite Skin Spa this allows yourself to future yourself from the outside on and have some downtime.  The less you take care of your skin in time, it will show so start early.

4.  Hair, Skin and Nail Care
Taking Biotin and Collagen in a powder form and adding it to my coffee, juices, smoothies and water first thing in the morning has changed my hair, skin and nails dramatically.  As we age we lose the ability to create the collagen production to keep our youthful appearance but by having moisturizers, serums, sf and using non comagenic makeup and skincare then this will be such an amazing change in less than 2 weeks if you add this to your daily regimen.

5.  Not Exercising and Eating Unhealthy and too much food too late at night.
Everything from a shortened life to a life filled with more medications, pain and agony is what I see as people are losing their ability to move their body.  Riddles with pain or just a bad life choice just by moving and watching what you eat and your portion sizes AND what time you stop eating at has changed the game for me in many ways. Eat raw fruits and vegetables without any dressing or saturated fatty spreads and exercise at least 20 minutes a day where you are breathing hard and sweating.  Not profusely but at least getting your sweat glands to secrete enough for a little dampness.  Releasing toxins out of the body through sweating is an excellent way to cleanse the body.  Exercise is not housework Mom, sorry...I love you.

6.  Getting enough sleep.
Dark circles, gaining weight and a wicked out metabolism really really makes it severely difficult to have enough energy for a good workout.  Getting all your errands done and having enough down time to relax and get ready for bed is a very healthy way to set us not only your mind but your body also.  AND that means turning off the TV, cell phones, tablets and computers at least 203 hours before bedtime.

7.  Oral Hygiene.
Bad breath, no flossing or mouthwash, not taking your oral hygiene seriously will bite you in the butt later in life and will tax your heart by plaque building up in the arteries and could lead to a stroke or a heart attack.  The bacteria in our mouths is also linked to Alzheimer's disease so do your best to take care of your gums, teeth and tongue.
