Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with excruciating "Charlie Horse" leg cramps.  Literally, took me to the floor and was and unable to relieve the intense cramps for a good 10 to 15 minutes. 

Does anyone deal with leg cramps?  If so,  here’s a few remedies that I found to alleviate leg cramps.

Making sure you are well hydrated.

Taking Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium and CoQ10 supplements

Drinking tonic water, Pickle Juice and eating Yellow Mustard.

Awkward enough as it sounds (no idea why) but placing a wrapped bar of soap at the foot of your bed.
