What are BCAA’s and Glutamine? How do they help build me with building muscle.
BCAA’s are branches chained amino acids. Isoluceine, valiene and Lucien which is the most important because it promotes M-Tore and recommend to take 5-10 grams a day.
Chicken, beef and most proteins already have built in branches chained amino acids so that’s why I eat some steak, chicken, or turkey before I workout.
It helps with muscle recovery and yes the supplement industry is highly lucrative confusing the main population that you must take this pill or that powder before, during and after your workout.
But like my coach approves, Food is your best protein synthesis (which it’s actually 9 essential amino acids) are needed in order for it to have a maximum effort.
What is L-Glutamine?
It’s an amino acid to help with muscle building and weight loss. Just a simple building block for heal and repair your gut (especially leaky gut) which causes skin issues, eczema, Hashimoto and autoimmunedisorders.
