Your body is tricked in the brain to think the body temperature  is rising through the activation of the spices from the foods enhancing the tastebuds and salvation in our tounge that react the receptors in our brain to release the TRBB1 hormone or “Capsaicin Reaction” to send signals to the body to cool itself down ASAP by sweating, nose running, getting liquid, mucus and juices in the body to be used as “cooling gel” in our bodies which heightens the metabolism and digests and burns food faster aka lose weight.

Spicy Foods are digested faster, brain releases endorphins similar to a “Runners High” and why people love the tolerance of spicy foods because by it being built up over time so does the receptors in the body BUT not in the body.  

 I LOVE Spicy on everything I eat!  Hot peppers, burning Sauces like Yellowbird, Mrs. Dash Spicy Blend on everything which is salt free🌶 Sirachia Hot Sauce, Hot Peanuts, Indian Food all the time!  Genes favorite Thai place is Thai Pepper go figure!
