Lose Weight Eating In N Out

Lose Weight Eating In N Out

Ever tried a “Protein” Style Burger at In N Out?  Well, next time driving by a In N Out you gotta try one of these burgers.   Cutting out the carbs with no bread from the bun and no saturated fat and trans fat from cutting out the Mayo.  This is a burger I recommend you give a try that just might work for you and your Food Program.
With the awesome all natural beef patty, sauce, tomatoes and wrapped in crisp iceberg lettuce this was the first time I had ever tried this kind of burger and I destroyed it probably in less than 3 minutes.  It obviously was super tasty and I probably could have eaten 4 of them if I really wanted to.

Gene loves In N Out from his long time relationship with the In N Out Brothers Rich and Guy Snyder.  Gene was introduced to the legendary brothers by the owner of 7Up who was his sponsor and Gene spent a lot of time with his sponsors building a loyal relationship and staying true to their brand.

At age 21, Gene was given a check of a large sum of money by Guy and Rich Snyder (all while meeting them in less than an hour) to win and race his Speedway bike and wear the In N Out logo.  This was a sponsor for his pit crew, teammates and for Gene to wear In N Out on all his leathers.

By representing the In N Out Restaurant, Gene had to promise that he would eat on only their establishments.  Gene was on the road 5-7 days a week so he lived on In N Out for a while.  Also, by Gene taking his teamates, fans and crew to also enjoy In N Out burgers after the races, you can imagine the scene that it would create in there parking lots after Gene would win his races.  Gene is a 3 Time National Speedway Champion and so his his older brother Rick Woods.  They both had a mean competitive winning streak that was very hard to break.

In N Out is all about the "Classic American" appeal and that is just what Gene and his brother Rick carried during his career as Professional Racers.  THINK ABOUT IN 1979 AND AT AGE 21 GETTING A CHECK FOR A HUGE SUM OF MONEY!

When Gene and I drove into In N Out off Lake Mead Blvd today while going to Garage Sales (yeah, were big dorks) he was happy to tell me all about the  story about how Rich lost  a ton of weight while eating his own "protein style" burger creation originally called a "Flying Dutchman".

Rich was the “heftier” one out of the two brothers and he lost a significant amount of weight by changing his diet.  Gene mentioned how by Rich changing his diet and created the "Flying Dutchman" aka Protein Burger, it’s now not a staple in their menu that even Siri recognizes.f

How ingenious is this and what a awesome story!  I’ll never look at In N Out the same YUM YUM!
