I Have Lumbar Hyperlotdosis?

Someone who has Lumbar Hyperlotdosis looks similar to someone sticking out their butt and it does eventually cause pain not only in the lower spine and back but organs and bones like the pelvis, ovaries, tested, and colon.

You obviously can not fix the curvature of the spine but over time by doing isolated yoga stretches this can change the thurastic and or lumbaric arch or curvature slightly in the spine.

Also abdominal and back exercises can help tremendously, which is why I do Ab workouts everyday and have since I was 12.  Yes, I’ve done crunches since I was 12 because the arch in my sine has always given me GI issues and this was the ONLY thing that helped.

Educate yourself about your spine and how important it is to spend time working on your posture to strengthen your muscles and live a longer and healthier life.  Also visit your local chiropractor on a weekly or monthly basis and get a massage once a month also for active recovery.  I go to Canyon Lake Neck and Back twice a week and get a deep tissue massage once a week.
