How Do You Pull Yourself Out Of A Work Rut? 


 I try by putting myself in uncomfortable situation that wake me up.  Maybe a Pole dancing or Lyra class.  I also remind myself of big tasks that needs to be accomplished that might be dragging me down.  I remember that until I fully complete the task wholeheartedly on that particular day then I need toots stressing about it entirely.  Then, I can look forward to a lot of stress being off my shoulders.  

Another way to get out of a work rut is to create a creative outlet or space in my house and change up my schedule.  A model shoot, making jewelry or inviting friends over for appetizers or do to something fun together after work always helps.
