Bible Study with my Trainer
My coach mentioned that he’d like to discuss with me about the fears I have pushing forward.
He’s now doing a Bible Study every Friday 12-2pm PST at Starbucks on Eastern in Henderson and I thought this would be a perfect situation to let go and try something new.
Most of all my family is religious and I used to attend church twice a week when I was younger. I miss that. Being able to not speak and listen and learn.
Today changed my life. Firstly, I got to get out of the workout clothes and out my “Sunday Best” on which was something I greatly missed.
With my new pearl bible in hand that I purchased at the Estate Sale last weekend, I wasn’t sure if Michael was going to thump me with it (totally j/k) no but really. I was nervous not knowing what mental challenges he wanted me to discuss as he made me do homework prior to meeting and focus on what fears hold me back. This list got me up at 2am excited.
So today, we discussed our love the team, how much they mean to us and how my all time goal for 2020 is to work and grind harder, get bigger and being comfortable with being uncomfortable with each of these goals. Budgeting, family, traveling the world, competing, making a living treating his as a business, life after getting my pro card, and how god can help me achieve this.
With the all night man upstairs, my trainer, focus, work, pain can give me the pride I need to succeed to my greatest. And wherever that greatness may go, I can go stronger with GOD, WOW! I’ve adopted the same mindset that I help spiritually as a child, and I opened the doors to welcome the feeling of the Love that I deserve. This basic principle will make me phenomenal to help and serve others.
Face my fears Michele with hunger. I chew on my hard work. Drink my sweat to quench my thirst and my tenacity will fuel the average mediocrity is not me. I won’t give up. I’m a winner and I understand every opponent, starting with looking in the mirror.
How bad do you want it? Let your execution speak in the area you can pray, promote your business, categorize your ventures, discipline your lifestyle. It’s all self love baby. It’s that simple.
