Benefits of working out alone and with people
When I first worked out with a group of women, I suffered tremendously with anxiety and my coach had to tell me when to breathe in and out because I would hold my breath and literally almost pass out.
So with the group of women around me I felt safety. With my trainer also felt a sense of security and with both blended in together with just sense of family and having a team of comfort made me regain the sense of feeling comfortable with a large group of people around me.
Don’t ask me where my shyness began or why I am. But I am who I am and that’s ok. So now being 3 years in the making with my coach and fitness family.
But what are the benefits of working out alone that I recapped and benefited from once I got over my social anxiety?
Being alone I can crush my sets and not be distracted at all. Also getting super in tuned with my music, blogging, listening to audible or YouTube I get in my zone more when alone rather than with other people.
One thing I can promise you is that you’ll see so many benefits in your physical body and mental state working with others and working out alone. Please give both a try on their own and make sure you do each maybe for a week to see the full benefits of each.
