Are You Feeling Lonely?







Over smoking, overeating or over working are bad for you but the complications of isolation and loneliness, this has found that is increasing risk of death to 30%!!!  Also being alone and feeling isolated or lonely can increase mental disorders such as schizophrenia, and even psychological problems like depression, addiction related behaviors and anxiety.

So the next time you’re around people think to yourself is someone dealing with loneliness that is around you that may need some attention?  I also ways spend an extra minute with the elderly who just wants to share a story or two and smile.  Listen to one that needs someone to listen and make them feel important so they can release the good hormones in their brain and body.  You can help anyone with that who suffers with loneliness. 

People connect with people and yes if you are connected to a wrong relationship can actually be further worsening on your mental and physical health.   Don’t get stuck being isolated stuck in a abusive relationship, because if you’re in one of these; it's way better to be alone in my opinion where friends can be around you.

But what about the people like me that truly love more than anything else than to have my time alone?  Time alone to work, time alone to dream, time alone to rest, time alone to train.  Some live their lives in isolation and don't seem to mind living this way and not feeling lonely.  I find these types of people are very confident, smart to have a tram of people around them they care about and see often and routinely keep up living by themselves and doing daily routines according to their lives that they seem fit.  This actually helps solve problems for some to avoid martial issues or dysfunction in their lives because they just like their space and that's ok.

But if you seriously know someone that is dealing with chronic disabling habits from too much loneliness then please reach out and help by giving them your time and love.
