Why it's crucial to do your homework when finding a Personal Trainer

Why giving a gift 🎁 toward someone’s health is the best kind of gift you could give

Why it’s important to find the right Personal Trainer

First and foremost, you don’t want to waste your time and money.  Most importantly, what life struggles (besides body imaging) that you’d like to improve?

Personal Trainers with experience have dealt with it all.  Eating Disorders, Addictions of all kinds, Body Dysmorphia, Anxiety, Depression, you name it and YES it is their job to care and help you succeed grouch these struggles also.

See, before I met my trainer; I went through 4 different trainers who all just seemed to not make that “fit” for me to move past my limitations.  But that’s where Experience comes in play.

Ya see, trying to find a personal trainer on Groupon is probably not the best idea and I wasted a lot of my time and money to-yo dieting and staying what I call “Skinny Fat”.  I so badly wanted and desired a toned and defined body like I always dreamed about.  When you find the right person who takes the time to truly care about you, then you’ll see more than just fat and weight change.

My coach is the most dedicated husband, server to the lord, his community and is a very respected trainer in Las Vegas.  Just along with a very clean reputation and has the largest Bodybuilding Team in Nevada is enough ”proof in the pudding”.

Oh and one last thing, find a fitness family that you can vibe with.  My team has absolutely no brats, cattiness and we all fuel and push each other.  They are a family to me besides my blood related genetic family of course and this has taken years to establish.  Make sure you do the same and don’t do this alone.

Take it from me, I’ve never stuck to anything this long in my life and I don’t have anyone to call my boss. Raises myself in my life and I’m very proud of that BUT I’ll make an exception when it comes to my trainer.  Call him and schedule your free evaluation and consultation today www.platinumphysiques.com
