What's My Plan After Competing?
What’s my
Plan After Bodybuilding?
There's only a short period of time that a person can continue competing so when the heels and bikini are hung in the closet for good, what happens next in my life to keep me going?
Being a Bodybuilder is for life no matter what and that never goes away but keeping the lean physique and competing can only be maintained mentally and physically for a certain period of time before health issues start arriving if you don't quit at some point. So for me, having a serious life plan for when I decide to retire from Bodybuilding, it a very important that I stay focused NOW and to implement and to save for later down the road when it actually happens.
I would ultimately like to retire when I am in my early 40's and to be become a Life Coach and Personal Trainer. My heart is centered towards helping seniors staying active and teaching them how important it is to keep your bones and muscle strong by continuing working out for long term health. When the time comes that I’d like to move back home to the Central Coast, California I definitely am looking forward to the beautiful sceneries that I miss living in Las Vegas.
I'll ultimately be taking care of my folks and with them aging and having me be already willing to step up to the plate and help with that ) Which is a hard thing to think about), I feel; physical activity with mental positive stimulation by owning my own Fitness and Yoga Facility.
The years I've gained the experience from the help with my coach this only execrates my ability to grow in so many ways but ultimately gain knowledge and experience in an environment that I love. To just think about creating this dream makes me so happy and excited for the future. Even if it is just a thought for now.
How to create this? Gene said just keep doing what I'm doing and it will all fall into place. I love this concept because trying to control too much in my life is not the way I like to live. First, become Pro and give myself 5-8 years to maintain growing, competing and to actively become more involved in my community to generate more confidence in myself working with others.. Even if it volunteering, its a value of service I am willing to donate to anyone anyway.
Fitness is my life and this has become my full time career molding my body and transforming my life to help and serve others in anyway that may that may be. And to FINALLY get the amazing support from my significant other and family to see that my intense dedication and focus has lead me to my career being a Full Time Bodybuilder growing to Pro just feels like I am on top of the world!
