What is Pre-Judging at a Bodybuilding Show?

Once you wait and wait and wait some more then it’s finally time to step on stage.  

First is the Pre-Judging where you have to pose your individual poses and then they do what is called comparisons with each competitor standing side by side.

Before getting on stage they pre-coat a shimmer on you and also add glue to your bikini called a “bikini bite”.  As you line up you see everyone’s adrenaline start to intenslopimp like a drug instantly pumped to the veins.

Girls side by side of me pumping arm bands to get that last minute pump so muscles are full for the judges and usher guide each girl with each class on stage one by one to perform.

As I watch girls go on stage I watch them thank god or say a last minute prayer and I think that is quite precious to witness.

This part of he show is what results in the awards given out for the night show.  This is where having the fun comes into play because after everyone has their time on stage, I see so much excitement and a huge sense of relief being released with each competitor stepping off stage.
