What is Oxidative Stress and why it causes cancer in the body



Oxidative Stress

Byproduct of living we cannot breath, eat without having an exhaust and that is the cause of free radicals but too many free radicals is called oxidative Stress which is the primary for disease.

Like rusting, free radicals can take over and eat your DNA and kill you unless we control and moderate our oxidative Stress.

Vitamins, minerals, eating fruits and vegetables and hydrogen therapy is the best way to slow down the free radical damage and limit oxidative Stress.

The more inhibitors that we place in our body to create “cellular damage” over time can create our cells to replicate in a damaged form and continue to thrive in this manner which causes disease and cancer.  So what can we do?

Find ways to stop smoking, drinking, eating sugar relax more, sleep, eat organic fruits and vegetables, stay away from polluted environments.  

Inflammation is everywhere and we need to regroup and change down to the cellular level
