Prime your Mind
Your Body doesn’t know the difference between present and reality and the more your “state of being” is in a uncontrollable uncomfortable pattern, well it’s our hard wired programmed circuits in our brain that will do the same cycle in the body.
When it take times to take that step and make that choice and instead of making excuses, feeling sorry for yourself or making excuses then you have to stop waiting and respond to this thought hat you can change.
We all notions that our body becomes our unconscious mind. If we’re sitting in a chair and pondering up the worst case scenario in our mind, then our thoughts, emotions and behaviors repeat this same memory cycle that was pre-conditioned from the past.
Instead of predicting your future, create it from the unknown and fire and hard wire your brain and rehearsing the action of what you want (when closing your eyes) your mind won’t know the difference and your body will follow.
Prime your mind to follow your body and teach your body emotions ahead of the actual experience. So what do I mean? Stop waiting to be healed or feel whole. When you feel better and what caused that was you waking up and stop waiting.
Most are scared of unpredictability and the “cause and effect” their already feeling and healing and it scares them to retrace their steps, feeling un-whole and stepping toward what won’t give them true success.
Stop living as a victim because your blaming it on something, or someone; believe more that you are the creator of your reality.
