On a budget and want a bikini body? 5 Ways to Save $ and Tone Up
On a budget and think that you can’t afford the body you want? Not anymore!
5 Tips to save $ and get your body back!
Have a Garage Sale, re-sell any clothes that no longer served you at consignment stores or sell at the local Swapmeet. Selling online is easier than ever before also and best if wanting a gym membership! I’ve made hundreds selling old competition bikinis and old furniture that I found in dumpsters and refurbished. I also love DIY “cut up” old sweaters and T-shirts into stylish crop tops to design any of my old clothes into new styled gym clothes.
Find a friend with a gym membership who really needs to find an accountability partner to team up with so they make sure they stick to their workout routine. 89% of people who own a gym membership don’t ever use it so help those that don’t use their gym memberships to have you to go with as a team to stay on top of it with both of your benefit!
Find a gym or studio with a FREE WEEK to try and see if it’s a good fit for you before signing up. There are TONS of gyms or private studios in Las Vegas such as Pilates, Pole FItness, Hot Yoga , Aerial Hoop, Lyra, Trapeeze, Extreme Stretching also offering these same benefits. Groupon is an AMAZING way to find deals also landing from Paddle Boarding, Personal Training, Gym Memberships and more!!
Personal Trainers always offer FREE consultations before signing up their clients so take the time to meet with a few, sit down and be sure to get to know them more personally 1 on 1. Discussing things what's their morals and values like? Be are to ask to see testimonial pictures and videos from previous and current clients, previous history from how they began as a Personal Trainer and so forth is crucial. Make sure you find an EXPERIENCED trainer and not a brand new one (sorry) but this was my mistake with the 4 Trainers I tried before finding Michael Healea owner of Platinum Physiques. Get a hold of him and you will definitely get you the results you desire. I guarantee it.
Working out at home in an area like your garage, outside or spare bedroom is perfect for anytime workouts. I have a spare bedroom, garage and outdoor area all exclusively for when I’m training during any upcoming competitions. Also, working out with your dog is a great way to work your energy and your dog also. A local dog park that has gated fenced areas for you to play that is separated from other dogs (very important) and carry a water bowl, bottle of water and can of mace just in case anything happens to you or your dog. But these are just the tip of the iceberg for when it comes to being creative and finding amazing way to stay in shape on a budget.
P.S whenever you travel to hotels, resorts, cruises or all inclusive getaways make sure you use their gym amenities or ask them if they partner up with any local nearby gyms that may have a free access pass for you to use. Or ask your place of employment if they offer any discounts on any local gym memberships. Take advantage of all the amenities around you or ask people around you who keep up with their active lifestyle and don't be afraid to ask them what works for them.
