Acne is SO frustrating and almost impossible to get ride of sometimes but within a week of drinking a gallon a day can replenish your pores from the inside out.
Think coffee will help you stay awake? Caffeine is a diuretic which dehydrates you and this takes away your energy. But, wake up drinking water to replenish yourself and filter out your organs.
Water is cheap, inexpensive and are sold in all forms but I’m not a doctor so be clear about alkaline and tap water and the minerals we need that come from drinking water.
Along with drinking water helping to erase hangovers, water also cleans your teeth by flushing away plaque, buildup and tartar.
Over 89% of us stay chronically dehydrated. So how much water should we drink? 2 liters a day is roughly a good amount to drink which accumulated to 4 bottles of water a day.
Are you drinking water the wrong way?
Chugging ice cold water after a workout it fills you up and your body doesn’t have time to store and break down food. This also diluted your saliva and saliva has the essential enzymes to digest food correctly.
So what’s the correct way? Slowly sipping 2-3 gulps every 10 minutes is a good idea so you’re not rushing to the bathroom.
