Hold yourself accountable.  When you deal with another day of Depression, remember; this is merely a symptom and not a disease and usually caused due to inflammation from food or not eating enough food.  Colorful vegetables and fruits is a great approach and also ๐Ÿ‰ ๐ŸŽ ๐ŸŒ ๐ŸŒถ ๐ŸŒฝ getting your omega 6’s to omega 3’s in order to balance all the DHA and EPA chemicals in your brain to getting a lot of fresh fat into your diet.    

Feel like you’re spending a lot on groceries every week? American spend about 668 billion on groceries which is 100 billion more than we spent in 2010. Here’s a few ideas to save money and still love what you eat.
1.  Shop at more than one store
2. Don’t dawdle
3. Think seasonally
4. Meal plan like crazy
5. Avoid prepared or processed foods
6. Turn a blind eye to displays
7. Be mindful at check out
8. Don’t buy in bulk just cause it’s a good deal

The three things that I add extra $ into are things like Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Certified Organic and certified humane chicken and select organic fruits and vegetables.
