Get Up or Give Up


 There are some things in life that are out of our control.  It’s your belief to believe in yourself when people say they don’t like you or don’t care about you?  You don’t have to hold on to those feelings.  But to think one day these feelings are never going to go away that’s when you revert yourself into a peaceful state and brings healing to your life.

Don’t tell anyone what your going through because they won’t understand and they can’t help you, only you can help yourself.  Yes, you don’t have to do this alone but imagine the people in your life who keep you warm and safe that is your passing to keep going and weather out the storm.


Give up or get up.   The fact that you’re here should persuade you to keep back up.  There is still hope.  Identify what you tolerate and know that’s not you it’s just a habit.

Train yourself to be stressed out, sad, depressed or train yourself to be strong, brave, courageous and do it for your community, humanity and others.  Don’t just do it for yourself.

What are you hungry for?  If you could symbolize something that your ring with, what would or where would it be?  Associate with your problems and get excited about it and find your WHY!


Getting over stress and trauma is where we all live emotionally.  Think how you need to stand guard of all the weeds that can grow in your mind and body if you allow it.

Who are your mentors?  Who are your role models?  What’s your goal plan?  And remember, there is someone far worse off than you so it’s all about giving.  It’s about WE not ME.
