I’ve been through it. Having the feeling that you’re not good enough only to turn to a box of cookies or tub of ice cream only to make it worse.
Overcoming struggles we suffer through can be achieved and overcomes even if reoccurring patterns place you in a depressive state.
Working out can’t fix it. Hiding and isolating your feelings can’t fix it. Only by promising that you’re able to and you deserve to be loved and strong and healthy as much as possible is worth it.
I would not had post this pic of me (on the right) had I not thought that it was necessary way to help other women.
Yes having abs or a toned physique is important but being on a lifetime caloric deficit has major psychological and physiological detrimental effects that sometimes we become so programmed that it will sometimes kill us in the end.
Body Image problems can effect our mental health and in the case of BDD people have a very extreme outlook on the way they look.
Mirrors can be our biggest issue and make eating or body disorders and to other people they seem unacceptable when if fact people just want to be acceptable.
These are illnesses that are taken out through eating. There are bloodlines links though that these illnesses can be passed to the next offspring.
This is an extremely dangerous situation that has the highest suicide rate in psychological disorders. So, there is nothing wrong with your body but something wrong with how the brain has been programmed.
Compulsions, effects, what worsens the symptoms to continue disorder behavior disorder continue needs to be journaled or documented so baby steps can be given to give the person the slow progress of love and respect to the body and mind need to be re-programmed.
Having a personal trainer, life coach, nutritionist, Psycologists, Psycologists, general practitioner, healthy friends and family and programming yourself to know your mind and body can be achieved to higher levels and that higher level is not being extreme to be a certain size or weight, it’s just not worth it to lose when losing is your only gain.
