Those darn legs aren’t growing!! Pointers to grow your glutes
I was as known as the “Chicken Leg & arm girl” when I was younger because my limbs are so lean or in other words skinny.
Austin Karr after his show discussed with me the importance he had at an early age to always focus on the legs and focusing on growing them.
How to do that? Stairmaster everyday and even twice a day and NOT TO HOLD ONTO THE HANDLES!!
So how did I do this? Well first eat a crapload of chicken, turkey, beef and eggs and making sure I broke my cardio sets into 2 20-30 minute sets twice a day. That way my body rests, recovers, refreshed myself and then go back and building the form progressively over time.
This cornerstone secret exerted and actively pushed me to train even harder and focus more during my leg day training with coach and that also transferred over to being beneficial.
So how to grow? Eat. Train. Eat. Train. Sleep. And do it over again. How to do this? Wake up earlier. Set time aside and speak to your better half and family about this to make sure they have your support and create a fundamental schedule to building muscle and growing.
