Battle with PTSD, Anxiety or Depression?

Battle PTSD, Anxiety or Depression?

There is nothing wrong with helping yourself and those you love.  Everyday exercise because of what Dr.’s now mandate is psychological change that slowly pushes you to alleviate depression, builds momentum and creates routine.

Your mental health is the season of your greatest growth.  Producing strength, new ideas, energies, emotions, capabilities and you grow and bring more light to the world.

Dark days are OK.  It’s OK to feel that darkness.  “If I start crying I won’t ever stop”. I thought 💭 but I gave up and let go.  Cry, cry it out and crisis comes to serve to those who use it as fuel.
How can I use this time in darkness to leverage my pain?  Or my heartbreak?  Or my fear?  Life is painful (it’ll always be there) and suffering is a choice.

If you think people will understand your darkness?  That’s ok.  Because they will never understand you.  But that’s ok too.  Because you know love, laughter and life better than anyone else does.

Celebrate the future to help produce being in the present.  Please trust that your life is easing you to something greater and use it as an instrument for something greater.  Embrace your darkness so moments will stop you and captivate how it changed your life during those times.

Discipline yourself so you can free yourself and move forward into the future.  As you go through difficulties, I promise you; there is sunlight behind those clouds.  Just hold on and be patient.  You’ll get there.  Please remember that you are built to shine.  Fly away free bird, fly away and soar.

In the end, everything will be ok and if it’s not ok then it’s not the end.

Close your eyes.  I wanna ask you...how are you?  What heaviness are holding your tears back?  When people ask you how you are, do you answer “fine” knowing that your not?
