Are you “Skinny” Fat?  Should you Cut or Bulk?


What is Skinny” Fat?

It’s when you are so lean that muscle almost is nowhere on the your body and the physique is skinny and has gotten so skinny that it can’t get any skinnier.  This is when the body doesn’t have enough fat to grow any muscle and it starts taking nutrients from bones, organs and tissue.

So where do you begin?

Bulking on a clean food program to basically grow the fat where your muscle can “feed”
off of his fat to properly.  Eating junk food for a few weeks won’t work, that actually will. E detrimental.

Start eating a calorie surplus where small amounts of body fats over the period of 6-9 months can allow you to gain a healthy 10-15 lbs (yes ladies that’s the hardest part is thinking of yourself this FAT) but if you trust the process and eat clean and gain and work out you actually will end up leaner, more cut and have a slimmer appearance.

So if you want to starve yourself to always be a size 0 but if you want Symetry and definition you first have to “bulk” without eating everything in sight.  Just increasing your BMI to 500 or more calories or more a day to lean bulk and gain muscle.

Do a “mini cut” twice a year to lose the body fat in areas you want to lean out but go right back to where logic makes sense and bulking in clean spirts to grow logically is where a professional can help you.
