It doesn’t take a lot to make me angry.  Did someone cut you off in traffic?  Did someone insult or interrupt you?  Did you know that anger has a huge significant impact on your physical health weakening the immune system and are 9% more likely to have a heart attack.  Coronary disease, high blood pressure and inflammation is all from having anger.

  1. Control your breathing.  Feeling in through your nose and out though your mouth can loosen and relax.
  2. Re-posture your position.  Straighten your posture and stretch.
  3. Journalists what triggered your explosions and watch the patterns.
  4. Examine and displace your anger into another outlet by watching the triggers and finding healthy solutions to deal with mini storms before the big kahoona comes a blowing!


Stop thinking in the past.  Emotional is motions that are programmed in our “unseen” redundancy in our lifestyle.

Chemically we are rebounded into our emotions especially if their “refractory period” is managing their mode into temperamental behaviors.  So if you keep these emotions happen for periods of time then I go “personality traits”.

Pay attention and be prepared not living in stress and live more in survival selecting the best outcome and embrace it with joy.

Most live programmed in fear to already counteract their personality into a change or “panic attack” and these problems condition is to reaffirm this chemistry over and over until it permanently damages us.
