HUGE WORKOUT ADVICE!!

I have been found guilty of what I am about to talk about I definitely recommend anyone reading this to really pay attention if you yourself have been found guilty of the same.

When you work out you typically, you feel better when you finish your workout than before you started.  Your blood is pumping and your heart is going and all the good hormones are flushing through your system.

But as I notice after a workout, sometimes I can feel a little tense and sluggish.  Wondering what I did differently?   It was my thoughts and energy that I was giving off or accepting from others at the gym.  if you or someone is in a bad mode the last thing you want to do is run it off on someone else or visa versa.

So lemme explain,  Typically conversations can go two directions when talking to someone while your working out.  Good, light and easy subjects.  Or hard core, in depth and edgy topics that may bring your workout easier or make your workout more difficult.  When you're working out....THE LAST THING YOU WANT TO DO IS TALK ABOUT NEGATIVE OR DEEP TOPICS THAT MAKE YOUR WORKOUT HARDER!  MENTAL FOCUS IS EVERYTHING!

It really messes with concentrating on your workout and later in the day especially since cortisol levels rise with stress and actually this can bring your immune system to a low state, which in return, by talking negative and feeling negative this therefore can jeopardize your health huge after your workouts and much needed rest and relaxation is needed.

So what I'm concluding to is never take in someone else's negativity and if there is a sore subject that you really don't want to discuss just simply be nice, cordial and put your headphones on and focus on why your there in the first place and that is to tear down your muscle fibers and gain strength in your body.  Be more cognitive of why your there and what your there to accomplish and don't sweat the small stuff.
