HUGE WORKOUT ADVICE!!
I have been found guilty of what I am about to talk about I definitely recommend anyone reading this to really pay attention if you yourself have been found guilty of the same. When you work out you typically, you feel better when you finish your workout than before you started. Your blood is pumping and your heart is going and all the good hormones are flushing through your system. But as I notice after a workout, sometimes I can feel a little tense and sluggish. Wondering what I did differently? It was my thoughts and energy that I was giving off or accepting from others at the gym. if you or someone is in a bad mode the last thing you want to do is run it off on someone else or visa versa.
